Synopsis
The movie Basket Case 2 (1990) picks up the gory horror comedy franchise as disfigured conjoined twins Duane and Belial return to find their separated brother.
After being surgically separated, Duane and his deformed conjoined twin Belial are abducted by a mysterious woman named Granny Ruth and taken to her secluded home for “unique individuals”. There they discover other bizarre oddities.
The movie Basket Case 2 (1990) follows the brothers along with the unusual residents as they try escaping Ruth’s clutches. They learn the disfigured creatures are being collected for an experiment by the doctor who separated them from their third brother as babies.
In a climactic siege, Ruth and most her mutants are killed in violent confrontations with Duane and Belial. The brothers reunite with the third mutant sibling as the house burns down.
