Mindwarp (1991)

Synopsis

The movie Mindwarp (1991) is a science-fiction horror film directed by Steve Barnett and written by John Brancato and Michael Ferris. The movie stars Bruce Campbell, Angus Scrimm, Marta Martin (credited as “Marta Alicia”), Elizabeth Kent, and Wendy Sandow. The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where the remaining inhabitants spend their time in a virtual dream-world. Revolting mutants hunt human outcasts and underground fighters in this world of mind control. The movie is one of only three films distributed in the early nineties by the cult horror magazine Fangoria, the other two being Children of the Night and Severed Ties [1].
