Synopsis

The movie Mountaintop Motel Massacre (1983) is a slasher movie written and directed by Jim McCullough Sr.. The movie begins in 1981 with character Evelyn murdering her daughter Lorie due to her practicing witchcraft. Evelyn convinces authorities she was uninvolved.

Various travelers end up spending the night at Evelyn’s remote Mountaintop Motel in Louisiana. That night, Evelyn begins murdering the guests one by one using a sickle and underground tunnels.

The movie Mountaintop Motel Massacre (1983) depicts Evelyn brutally killing newlyweds Vernon and Mary, Reverend McWiley, and others. Guests Robin and Al discover something sinister is occuring at the motel.

When a sheriff arrives, Evelyn attacks him in the tunnels but is killed when a beam falls and the sickle impales her throat. At dawn, the only survivors Al and Tanya drive away past the apparition of Evelyn’s daughter Lorie.

With its backwoods slasher premise, the movie Mountaintop Motel Massacre (1983) delivers gory horror thrills as a maniacal Evelyn preys upon unlucky travelers at her isolated motel.
