Synopsis
The movie The Boxer’s Omen (1983) follows a Hong Kong boxer seeking supernatural aid after his brother’s life is threatened by black magic.
After talented boxer Chan’s brother is hospitalized and cursed by a rival using the dark arts, Chan travels to Thailand to find a powerful white magician who can help. The magician performs an elaborate ritual to empower Chan to battle the black magic threatening his brother.
The movie The Boxer’s Omen (1983) depicts Chan enduring multiple gruesome trials to obtain the items needed for the magic ritual. He triumphs over evil sorcerers, journeys through hell, and overcomes supernatural foes in his crusade to gather the ritual ingredients and skills.
With new magical tattoos granting special powers, Chan returns to Hong Kong for a confrontation with his brother’s dark rival. In an epic magical battle, he manages to defeat his foe and remove the deadly curse, saving his brother’s life.
